Do you do custom orders?

Yes and I love doing them, working with customers is one of my favorite parts about running my shop!!! I’ve done customs before and letting you know now the process can be lengthy especially since I’m still in school and that’s more of a priority to me.

If you’d like to order a custom order please check if there is a pink bar that reads “Yes! Customs are open!” on the home page. If so please email me simply saying you are interested and I can send you everything you need to know. From there we can start working together to create your dream shoes!

If I order a custom, how long does it take?

I’m still in school so that is a factor to consider but depending on your design, if any upcoming events are happening with DoodleDoughnuts.co, how many pairs you’d like to order and more it really does vary. For a ball park estimate about 1-4 weeks to make and shipping can take (if you’re in Canada) 1-2 weeks. After we’ve discussed more about what you want and how I can make it then I can give you a better estimate for your pair.

OK. I want a custom! What do I do?

It’s easy on your part! Just shoot me an email through the CONTACT page. What I do is I will send you an order form which will include EVERYTHING you need to know! You’ll be able to choose what type of shoes you want, accessories you’d like with it and more.

If you have a general idea of what you want but don’t have a drawing or anything that’s totally ok and preferred!!

What I will do is digitally draw a mock up design of your idea and together we can work and fix anything you’d like. I’ll send you the final design and include a printed copy with your final order. After you’ve decided on the design, I can start painting away! I’ll update you on the process throughout.

Please note:

• Unbranded and branded options are available. With the branded option it will cost more within your total cost

• The total cost depends on how detailed your pair is, the cost of the shoes itself, the materials needed for it, and other factors.

• A payment of $10 cad will be needed before I start the mock-up.

• If you like the design and continue that 10 cad will be subtracted from your final cost.

• Before I start painting on the actual shoes a down payment of 50% will be payed first and the rest after the shoes are ready for shipment

• Shipping fees will apply as well.

• I only ship throughout Canada and USA.

 

Do you do kids pairs?

No, as of now for safety and availability I do not. Children and babies can easily put the shoes in their mouth which can be harmful based on the products I use. The paint itself is completely safe. The sealant is nontoxic however it still includes chemicals that I’d rather not be associated with babies and children.
